This part 1 tutorial by Prof. Rajeev Ram will provide the background to cell culture vessel requirements for recreating the natural cell environment and getting authentic cellular responses. Concepts in biochemistry and physics will be provided as refreshers. Deep dives into commercial bioreactors, examples and case studies will also be provided. We will end with a 15 min Q&A/discussion on how CQAs and PATs can be integrated.
