Meenubharathi Natarajan

Senior Research Engineer

Meenu is a Senior Research Engineer in CAMP with several years of experience in microbiology, molecular biology & cell culture; currently maintaining the bacterial cultures for CAMP and working with next generation sequencing in the direction of identifying adventitious agents in mammalian cell culture manufacturing process.

She got her bachelor’s degree with major in Microbiology and Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Microbiology. She has several years of prior laboratory work experience in NTU, NUS and L’oreal – in recognition of her works, she has been listed in some of the scientific research publications, two of them in Nature. In CAMP she is managing the microbial cultures lab, supporting multiple projects and has developed methods for low bacterial counts.
