Goh Chin Ren is a researcher with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from University of Newcastle, Australia, and has gained expertise in microfluidics, biosensors, and lab-on-a-chip technologies. His research interests lie in developing point-of-care diagnostic devices that can detect and quantify biomarkers of diseases such as cytokine release syndrome and autoimmune disorders.
He specializes in prototyping devices that are used in conjunction with microfluidic devices to diagnose cytokine release syndrome and qualify immune cells. He collaborates closely with medical professionals to test and refine prototypes and other biomedical technologies.
