Shruthi joined SMART-CAMP in September 2020 and works under Professor Rajeev Ram and Derrick Yong as a Research Engineer. She attained her Bachelor of Engineering (Engineering Product Development) with Mechanical Engineering being her focus track from Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) in 2020. Her research interest lies in developing Medical Technology and Instrumentation to solve unmet clinical needs.
Her current major projects in CAMP are:
a) Machine-learning aided UV Spectroscopy formicrobial contamination detection
b) Automated Cell Free Sampling System (Auto-CeSS)
